In this short guided meditation, we'll press pause on the noise so that you can reset your mind. reconnect with yourself and return to your day with clarity and calm Let's dive in.

Welcome to Pivotista, where we help women leaders and founders turn their overwhelm into burnout proof success. I'm Kristy Cook, your guide to shifting out of survival mode and into success that fuels your ambition and your wellbeing. Today's mindful moment is an invitation to pause, to create space for presence and intention. Whether you're standing at a crossroads, feeling stretched thin, or simply craving a breath of calm, this moment is for you. A reset, a return to yourself.

If you can, I'd like you to find a comfortable seat. You can sit upright with your feet flat on the floor or cross legged. If you prefer, you can also lay down, but you want to be sure your position to stay grounded and alert. Whatever position you've settled into, let your hands rest gently on your lap, your heart, or at your sides. You may close your eyes or simply soften your gaze as you settle in.

Now, let's begin. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Let's do that again. Inhale deeply and exhale, releasing any tension you might be feeling. As you continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, release any tightness you're holding in your jaw, your shoulders, your upper back, your lower back, your hips. Breathe into any tight spots and let your breath bring relaxation to those areas.

As you continue to breathe, simply notice your breath. There's no need to change it. Just observe it. Notice the cool air as you breathe in and the warmth of the air as you breathe out. With each inhale, imagine that you are filling yourself with clarity. With each exhale, let go of any stress, doubt, or anything that's weighing you down. In and out, softening as you breathe. Now bring awareness fully into this moment right here, right now. There's nowhere to be, nothing for you to fix, no decisions for you to make. Just this breath, just this pause.

Feel the weight of your body being supported by the surface beneath you. Notice the gentle rhythm of your breath moving in and out like waves lapping at the shore. Let your shoulders soften further. Your jaw relax more. Your hands rest effortlessly. With every inhale, imagine drawing in a sense of calm. With every exhale, release tension. Let it melt from your body like ice, slowly dissolving in the sun.

And now, as you continue to breathe, I invite you to repeat a simple mantra in your mind. I am present. I am steady. I am enough. Say it slowly with intention. I am present. I am steady. I am enough. Feel the words settle into you like roots grounding deep into the earth. I am present. I am here in this moment, not in the past, not in the future, just here. I am steady, no matter what change or challenge I'm navigating, there is a steadiness within me, a quiet strength that remains even in uncertainty. I am enough, just as I am right now in this moment. There is nothing for me to prove, nothing to earn. I am enough.

If your mind wanders, that's okay. It's completely normal. Simply notice where your mind went and with loving kindness, bring your focus back to your breath. Back to your mantra. I am present. I am steady. I am enough. Take one more deep breath in, filling your body with clarity and ease. And one more slow, steady breath out, letting go of anything you don't need to carry forward.
